The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing lane and shoulder restrictions on I-376 (Parkway East) in Edgewood, Swissvale, and Churchill boroughs, Allegheny County, will occur Friday night through Sunday morning, May 1-3 weather permitting.
