Frost Advisory issued April 30 at 12:53PM EDT until May 1 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Temperatures in the low to mid 30s, combined with mostly
clear skies and light to calm winds will result in frost formation.
* WHERE...In New York, Onondaga, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, and Yates
Counties. In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
