Description
BIF III Holtwood, LLC (Holtwood), an affiliate of Brookfield Renewable Partners LP (Brookfield), is the licensee for the Holtwood Hydroelectric Project (Project) located on the Susquehanna River in Lancaster and York counties, Pennsylvania. Holtwood is in the process of relicensing the Project with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
As part of the Holtwood Project relicensing process, Holtwood is conducting a recreational visitor survey soliciting information on recreational use and visitor perceptions of the Holtwood Project recreation facilities. The attached letter provides details pertaining to the survey in accordance with FERC’s Study Plan Determination issued on February 10, 2026.
