Description
There have been many questions regarding how residents were notified about the nitrate levels detected in a specific well. Residents were informed through multiple communication methods. The Borough utilized a call multiplier system, through which all residents with a phone number on file received an automated phone call. Residents who did not have a phone number on file but had an email address were notified via email. For those without either a phone number or an email address on record, notifications were hand-delivered to ensure all residents were informed.
