Description
This is an FYI to all Crafton Residents as well as others in Carlynton School District. The School district has begun to utilize School Bus Safety Program which now has all of their buses equipped with camera equipment that will record all violators who fail to stop for the School buses utilizing lights, stop signs and signal arms.
This applies to all the bus stops where our kids are picked up and dropped off not just at Crafton Elementary where the buses drop off and pick up. These violations are reviewed by our Police Department for all violations occurring in Crafton Borough.
If you receive a notice that looks like the notice below it is an actual official document issued through PennDOT and this is not a SCAM. You are required to respond. Follow the appropriate directions on the form to respond or contest the violation.

(412) 921-2016. This is only for violations in Crafton Borough.
Violations that occur outside our Borough are handled by the appropriate Police Department in that jurisdication.
