Delaware County Council and the County Office of Services for the Aging (COSA) celebrate Older Americans Month with the "Celebrate Age" Expo Friday, May 1st, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Harrah’s Casino and Racetrack.
This year’s theme, “Champion Your Health,” focuses on prevention, wellness, personal responsibility, and self-management as cornerstones of healthy aging. It encourages older adults to take an active role in managing their own health by advocating for themselves, accessing preventive care, and making informed decisions that support independence.
Visit the Expo. Stop by the COSA Health and Wellness table to learn about the evidence-based health, wellness, and self-management programs available to individuals age 60 years and older. COSA can bring these programs directly to your community organization, social group, or place of worship, by providing in-person or online programming.
