Special Weather Statement issued April 24 at 8:45AM CDT by NWS Memphis TN

At 845 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lepanto to 7 miles east of Cherry Valley
to near Hunter. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Forrest City, Wynne, Osceola, Trumann, Marked Tree, Earle, Lepanto,
Caraway, Parkin, Wilson, Madison, Tyronza, Keiser, Village Creek
State Park, Fort Pillow State Park, Cherry Valley, Joiner, Caldwell,
Crawfordsville, and Dyess.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 40 in Arkansas between mile markers 236 and 259.
Interstate 55 in Arkansas between mile markers 15 and 52.
