Please be advised that the Borough has been informed by several residents—and has confirmed with Erie Water Works—that the 2nd Quarter bill recently issued, incorrectly reapplied tippable toter charges to all accounts, including those that had already been paid.
Erie Water Works will correct this error. No further action is required from residents.
If you have already paid your full tippable toter balance, please pay your Erie Water Works balance excluding the tippable toter charge.
If you still have an outstanding tippable toter balance, please pay only the remaining amount due and disregard any newly added charges.
We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause. For questions about your balance, payments made, or amounts still owed, please contact Erie Water Works directly.
