Freeze Watch issued April 19 at 1:54PM EDT until April 21 at 10:00AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as cold
as the lower 20's to lower 30's expected. For the Freeze Watch,
sub-freezing temperatures as cold as the lower 20's to lower 30's
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio
and northwest Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 11 AM
EDT Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through
Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
