Freeze Watch issued April 19 at 12:17PM EDT until April 21 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
28 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low
as 24 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Monday. For
the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
