Freeze Watch issued April 18 at 12:56PM EDT until April 20 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...From late Sunday night through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another higher threat for sub-freezing
temperatures is expected Monday night with additional headlines
very likely.
