Some people will ask well it rained today can we burn now? The answer would be no and here is why…..
Yes, the ground seems to be wet and muddy in many places…. But that’s not the issue. The issue is walk 5 feet from the mud and pick up the handful of dry leaves and dead brush. This is the issue.
Our mountains are full of dry leaves, brush, dead tree limbs right now. Without the new growth on everything yet, it allows the wind to easily whip around keeping the brush dry.
