Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued April 16 at 3:59PM EDT until April 16 at 4:30PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
At 358 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Canfield, or 7
miles north of Salem, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Youngstown, Salem, Boardman, Campbell, Canfield, Austintown,
Struthers, Girard, Poland, Ellsworth, New Middletown, Lowellville,
North Jackson, Berlin Center, Greenford, and Mineral Ridge.

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
