Description
Beginning on Monday, April 20, 2026, the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority (water department) will be installing a new water line, fire hydrants, and service lines on North 3rd Street before the Borough of Stroudsburg paves the street later this year. For us to complete this work we need to close 3rd Street to thru traffic between 2nd Street and Kraemer Avenue during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We will provide you with access to your house/driveway throughout the project; however, we ask that you please do not park on North 3rd Street during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
