Flood Watch issued April 16 at 12:54AM CDT until April 16 at 1:00AM CDT by NWS Chicago IL
The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 1 AM CDT early this morning for portions of northern
Illinois and northwest Indiana.
