It's been a wet, windy, beautiful Spring — and if you're ready to clean house, great news: most of your disposal options are services you already pay for! Here's your full guide 👇
♻️ RECYCLING (Bi-Weekly): Aluminum & metal cans, plastics (#1, #2, #5), paper, cardboard, and glass.
🛋️ BULKY WASTE (Weekly): Furniture, fixtures & household clutter. Mattresses must be wrapped in plastic & taped. Carpet cut into 4ft rolls (up to 6 bundles). Break large items into sections — one per week.

🧺 WHITE GOODS (Bi-Weekly/Recycling Week): Stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators & more.
⚠️ Appliances with refrigerants must be tagged certifying refrigerant removal.

💻 ELECTRONIC WASTE (Monthly): TVs, computers, tablets, monitors, keyboards, printers, stereos, streaming devices & more.

⚗️ HAZARDOUS WASTE (Monthly): Paint, pesticides, pool chemicals, drain cleaners, degreasers, car care products, motor oil & batteries.

🌳 CHIPPER SERVICE (Borough): Submit a service request and Public Works will collect branches under 5" diameter & 10 ft long, plus compostable paper bags under 40 lbs (leaves & small debris only — no soil, fill, or gravel).
