Description
On Thursday April 30th at 7pm, join the Langhorne Borough Planning Commission at Borough Hall for a discussion of the future of our town. We encourage residents to share their hopes for the Borough and what about our community they value most highly, as resident feedback will help guide the Planning Commission as they continue to update the Borough's Comprehensive Plan for the next decade.
The Langhorne Borough Comprehensive Plan, most recently updated in 2014, guides land use decisions by affirming the priorities of the community, which form the foundation of our zoning and land use ordinances. It is a resource for public officials and the private sector that helps ensure the preservation of our community's character throughout future development. The plan is updated every ten years to ensure that the Borough's goals for planning and development keep pace with the reality of land use changes in our community and throughout Bucks County, as well as broader economic and housing trends.
