Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites the public to attend one of three public meetings to learn about the proposed project to improve the I-95/U.S. 322 Interchange in Chester and Upper Chichester townships, and the City of Chester, Delaware County.
Two in-person public meetings for the I-95/U.S. 322 Interchange Improvement Project will be held:

The purpose of the public meetings is to update the community on the proposed improvement project and to gather comments and feedback on proposed design concepts. The meeting will be conducted as an Open House where attendees will have the opportunity to circulate among the subject displays to gather information and discuss the different facets of the project with PennDOT's design team. Pre-registration is not required.
The project focuses on the section of I-95 from Route 452 to Kerlin Street and the section of U.S. 322 from the Bethel Road Interchange to the Commodore Barry Bridge ramps from I-95. This project is part of a larger effort to reconstruct and improve I-95 in Pennsylvania.
The in-person meetings are being held in a facility that complies with requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and it is accessible to individuals who have disabilities. The project documents will be made available in alternative languages or formats if requested.
