Special Weather Statement issued April 13 at 7:41AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Scattered showers this morning will be capable of producing brief
strong wind gusts between 35-45 mph as they move eastward across
the Upper Ohio Valley. An isolated gust of 50 mph is possible.
