Taft VFD is currently on-scene of the 400 block of Retama for a damaged utility pole that is causing the lines to touch the trees and arcing. AEP assessment team has arrived and out of precaution will be isolating the area highlighted from the 400 block of retama to hwy 181 back to Roots Ave and Gregory st (around the junior high). They have made notifications to their repair crew. At this time we are being told about 3 hours minimum for the outage and repair.
