* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and southern Delaware,
northeast Maryland, and central, northern, and southern New Jersey.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
