Description
One or more Commissioner may be in attendance at the Meet & Greet. The event is to be at the Town of Inglis Community Center 137 Hwy 40 W. Inglis, FL 34449. on Saturday April 11, 2026, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
According to Florida Stature 286.011, also known as the "Sunshine Law," Commissioner can attend social events together, but they cannot discuss official business matters at those gatherings if the topics are likely to come up fora vote at a future commission meeting; essentially, and discussion of official business at a social event between commissioner would need to be held in a public meeting to comply with the law.
