Liberty Borough Residents--Real Estate Tax Update
Liberty Borough would like to share that our Elected Tax Collector, Shelley Aquilante, will not be returning due to health reasons. We sincerely appreciate her many years of dedicated service to our community. She will be greatly missed in our Borough Office.🥲
Please be on the lookout for your 2026 Liberty Borough Real Estate Tax Bill, which is expected to arrive middle to late April.
For the Foreseeable future, Liberty Borough will be utilizing KEYSTONE COLLECTIONS GROUP to administer REAL ESTATE TAX COLLECTION SERVICES.
🏠REAL ESTATE TAXES (CURRENT)
Annual real estate tax payments are due by the date listed on your bill. If you do not receive a bill, please contact Keystone to request a duplicate copy if needed.
Failure to receive your tax bill does not eliminate your need to make timely payments.
⚠️DELINQUENT REAL ESTATE TAXES
Any unpaid real estate taxes after December 31 are considered delinquent.
▪️Liberty Borough delinquent taxes will be collected by Keystone Collections Group.
▪️South Allegheny School District delinquent taxes will be turned over to MBM Collections.
For Borough Delinquent taxes, Keystone will process the accounts and send a notice with the updated balance due. Please wait for this notice before submitting payment to ensure accuracy.

💡Residents are encouraged to submit any outstanding 2025 Borough or South Allegheny School Taxes (if you have not done so) to the Liberty Borough Municipal Office before they are turned over to the delinquent tax collectors.
