the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Wheeling, New Castle, Weirton, Steubenville, New Philadelphia,
Dover, Salem, East Liverpool, Moundsville, Beaver Falls, Martins
Ferry, Columbiana, Monaca, Uhrichsville, St. Clairsville, East
Palestine, Bellaire, Barnesville, Wellsville and Cadiz.
