Description
The Borough was notified on March 30, 2026 that Giuliani and Sons (on behalf of Aqua) will be milling and paving Meadowbrook Avenue from April 1 – April 2, 2026. The contractor has notified the Borough of Hatboro today, March 31st, of multiple changes impacting the project schedule including the addition of North Penn Street, Summit Avenue, and Oakdale Avenue. The final work schedule is as follows:
Giuliani and Sons Paving (on behalf of Aqua) will be milling and paving Meadowbrook Avenue, North Penn Street, Summit Avenue, and Oakdale Avenue beginning on Wednesday, April 1st through Friday, April 3, 2026. Work will take place daily from 7 AM – 6 PM weather permitting. All works will be performed in accordance with the Borough of Hatboro’s Noise Ordinance.
Meadowbrook Avenue, North Penn Street, Summit Avenue, and Oakdale Avenue will be closed from 7 AM – 6 PM on April 1-3rd as a result of the work.
Access will be granted to residents, local traffic, Emergency Services, Public Works, and Mail Carriers while work is taking place. “No Parking” cones have been posted in the impacted areas by the contractor.
If any changes are made to the schedule or additional updates become available, the Borough will immediately update residents.
This project is being performed by Aqua in order to repair roads that were opened by recent infrastructure improvements. Residents should contact Aqua directly with any questions or concerns at 877-987-2782.
