* Timing...12 PM CDT Wednesday until 9 PM CDT Wednesday.
* Wind...Southwest at 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* Humidity...As low as 17 percent.
* Fuels...Critically to extremely dry.
* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.
