Please be advised of the following upcoming Coolbaugh Township Events:
*Bulk Drop Off Event: Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11
*Shred Event: Saturday, April 11
*Spring Leaf Collection: Begins the week of April 20th, 2026 and continues on scheduled dates through May 1st, 2026 as outlined on the attached flyer
For leaf collection, residents must place leaves at the road edge by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled pickup date. Leaves must be loose and free of twigs, sticks, brush, rocks, cans, bottles, trash, or other debris. Burning leaves is prohibited, and bags or rigid containers will not be collected.
**Recycling Card Information:**
Residents who need a recycling card may now apply online through the Township website. Go to www.coolbaughtwp.org, click Permit Submissions**, then select Apply for a New Permit. Enter your property address, choose **Recycling Permit** as the permit type, and complete all required information. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation number. If you do not have access to a computer or tablet, tablets are available at the Municipal Center, 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except holidays.
