Please be advised, the Wesleyville Borough Council is set to enact its updated 2026 Zoning Ordinance and updated development standards table at its regular meeting on April 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Borough Hall, 3421 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA 16510.
If enacted, the Ordinance would implement changes presented at the February 11 public hearing to lessen the burden on development and simplify regulations in the Borough.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Borough Hall Monday-Friday, 9am–12pm and 1pm–4pm. And available Wesleyville.gov/zoning2026
