* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Belmont County in east central Ohio...

Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 404 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
an area of moderate rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5
and 2.2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Gauges indicate stream levels are elevated across the area.
Wheeling Creek at Blaine could exceed flood stage. A campground
near Wolfdale in Washington county also reported flooding.

Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross
Township, Wheeling, McCandless Township, Monroeville, Moon
Township, McMurray, Greensburg, Weirton, McKeesport,
Steubenville, Washington, Franklin Park, East Liverpool,
Jeannette, Aliquippa and Canonsburg.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
