Red Flag Warning issued March 26 at 10:41PM CDT until March 27 at 8:00PM CDT by NWS Lubbock TX

* Wind...North at 25-35 mph, with gusts up to 55 mph; winds will
become northeast Friday afternoon.

* Humidity...As low as 25 percent in the far southeastern Texas
Panhandle. At or above 30 percent elsewhere across West Texas.

* Fuels...Critically to extremely dry.

* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
