Winter Weather Advisory issued March 16 at 11:46PM EDT until March 17 at 4:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow showers. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch
or higher in heavier snow showers. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and
portions of northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on rapid changes to visibility and road conditions
due to brief heavy snow.
