Description
Please be advised that the Wesleyville Blight Property Review Committee, at its public meeting on March 11, 2026, designated 2508 Station Road (Parcel ID: 50004051001000) as a blighted property. A Certification of Blight has been filed with the County Recorder of Deeds. The property owners now have 30 days to remediate the blight before further action may be taken by the municipality and regional authorities to address the conditions, up to and including possible condemnation. The Borough is committed to preserving Wesleyville as a charming, comfortable community to call home. We will continue to take all appropriate steps to remediate blight and prevent the negative impacts it can cause, including decreases in property values and quality-of-life concerns for surrounding properties.
