Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued March 15 at 8:25AM CDT until March 15 at 8:45AM CDT by NWS Lincoln IL
At 825 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Easton, or 8
miles east of Havana, moving northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of Mason
County, including the following locations... Topeka, Forest City,
Goofy Ridge, and Chatauqua Park.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
