Description
Vernon Township is looking for eligible candidates for the Meadville Area Recreation Authority (MARA) as it has an upcoming vacancy for one of the Township’s three appointments. The MARA meets on the third Friday of every month at 7:30AM at the Meadville Area Recreation Complex. Interested applicants can express their interest by submitting the required application to the Township. Candidates must live, own property, or maintain a business in Vernon Township to be eligible. Applications can be found on the Township website www.vernontwp-pa.gov or in person at The Vernon Township Municipal Building 16678 McMath Ave Meadville PA 16335. Although the MARA has the only current vacancy eligible candidates are encouraged to apply to any Authority, Board, or Commission they desire to serve on.
