IN SOUTH CENTRAL OHIO
ADAMS PIKE ROSS
SCIOTO
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CHILLICOTHE, LANCASTER, LOGAN,
MANCHESTER, NEWARK, PEEBLES, PICKERINGTON, PIKE LAKE, PIKETON,
PORTSMOUTH, SEAMAN, WAVERLY, WEST UNION, WHEELERSBURG,
AND WINCHESTER.
