THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BRADFORD, CLEARFIELD, COUDERSPORT,
DUBOIS, EMPORIUM, JOHNSTOWN, RIDGWAY, SOMERSET, ST. MARYS,
AND WARREN.
