Fire Weather Watch issued March 4 at 12:28PM CST until March 6 at 8:00PM CST by NWS Lubbock TX
The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Fire Weather
Watch, which is in effect from Friday morning through Friday
evening.
* Timing...11 AM through 9 PM Friday.
* Wind...West to southwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
* Humidity...As low as 8 percent.
* Fuels...Dry.
* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.
A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
Red Flag Warnings.
