* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Schuylkill County.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
If driving, slow down, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you to
react to possible hazards.
