Winter Weather Advisory issued March 3 at 3:58PM EST until March 3 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Buffalo NY
Freezing rain threat has diminished with most areas at or above
freezing, therefore the Winter Weather Advisory will be allowed to
expire.
