Winter Weather Advisory issued March 3 at 10:59AM EST until March 3 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional ice accumulations around a
light glaze with snow and sleet accumulations of less than one
inch.
* WHERE...In New York, Steuben County. In Pennsylvania, Bradford,
Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher elevations will be more prone to light
ice and snow accumulations. Temperatures will rise above freezing
at lower elevations, with mainly wet roads.
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
