Special Weather Statement issued March 3 at 2:56AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Rain will continue across the area this morning. A few locations
will remain at or just below freezing, creating pockets of
freezing rain. This could create a light glaze of ice, mainly on
elevated surfaces, bridges and overpasses. Use caution if
traveling this morning.
