* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog.
* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, and York Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Ice glaze could result in slick spots on roads.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
