Special Weather Statement issued February 27 at 6:06AM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ
Patchy fog has developed this morning across the Delmarva
Peninsula and extreme southern New Jersey. Temperatures this
morning have also fallen below freezing, which could result in
freezing fog. Additionally, any rain or snowmelt from Thursday
could result in the formation of black ice.
If driving this morning, be prepared for rapidly changing
conditions. Patchy fog can unexpectedly reduce visibilities. Slow
down, use your low- beam headlights, and leave plenty of room
between you and other vehicles.
