Description
Starting March 2, 2026 through November 19, 2026 PennDOT will be contracting with
National Data and Surveying Services, Inc., a vendor on the Department of Transportation
(PennDOT) Traffic Engineering Data Count Services Contract (RFP 3523R09), to collect
traffic data on municipally owned roads within your county and municipality.
The only area this will happen in White Haven Borough will be Hemlock St between Vine & Elmira St.
