Winter Storm Warning issued February 23 at 12:38PM EST until February 23 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches.
Storm total amounts will range from 4 to 12 inches with the
highest totals in eastern and high terrain areas. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Rensselaer, Greene and Columbia Counties in
eastern New York, Berkshire County in western Massachusetts and
Bennington and Windham Counties in southern Vermont.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel will continue be difficult. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
evening commute. Gusty winds will result in blowing and drifting
of snowfall and low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A powerful nor'easter will be departing the
region today. Snowfall will be winding down this afternoon from
west to east.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
