Winter Weather Advisory issued February 23 at 12:37PM EST until February 24 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 2 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Monday evening commute.
