Winter Weather Advisory issued February 23 at 2:25AM EST until February 24 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, with
the highest totals in the foothills.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
