* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of western Pennsylvania and northern West
Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, especially overnight into
Monday morning.
