* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of western Pennsylvania and northern West
Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, especially tonight into Monday
morning.
