Special Weather Statement issued February 22 at 8:34AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
Light snow has developed across the area this morning. Most
locations will get less than an inch up to mid day, but 1 to 2
inches may occur for some higher elevations. Despite the snow
being light, roads may be slick this morning before improving as
temperatures creep above freezing for most of the area and
daylight gets stronger. Exercise caution if traveling.
